Target setting graph

  • Blue box-and-whisker is NZ Performance (The checkbox next to this is ticked)

 

The red line ascends from just below 1400 in Aug 11 with points just above 1450, just before 07 Feb 12; just above 1490, just past 08 May 12, then turning to a broken line ending at just above 1520, just before 03 Nov 12.

 

An arrow points to the first section of the red line and text in box states:

Student’s progress:

  • actual progress (solid line)
  • predicted progress (dotted line)

 

An arrow points to the last point on the red line, and text box states:

Suggested Projected To target, based on progress in the past tests. You can change this by clicking on another point in the graph.

  

The orange bar ascends from the lowest section of the graph (1370-1400; 09 Feb 11), and moves upwards and the upper part stops at 1520; 03 Nov 12.

 

An arrow points to a lower point on the orange bar and text in box states:

Curriculum Expected Band – Students of the same Year level should be performing at this level according to NZ Curriculum documents. If your student’s score is above this, he/she is doing better than curriculum expectations.

 

Blue box-and-whisker - first box (12 May 11) is sitting between 1320 and just below 1490. Second box (21 Nov 11) sits between just under 1400 and halfway between 1490 and 1520. Third box (08 May 12) sits between just under 1430 to just above 1520. Fourth box (03 Nov 12) sits between just under 1450 and extends beyond 1550.
